Andrew Sapienza

Andrew has been with GFP for 35 years, and in his current role for the past 25, where he manages all functions of the accounting department - both corporate accounting and for managed properties.

Andrew obtained his CPA early in his career and was responsible for the large task of implementing GFP's Yardi property management system to manage the entire portfolio.
