Carrie Martin

Carrie Martin joined GFP Real Estate as a Property Controller in January 2024. With over 30 years of experience in real estate accounting, Carrie has honed her expertise with firms such as Harbor Group, Newmark, and Jones Lang Wootton (now known as Jones Lang LaSalle).

In her role at GFP Real Estate, Carrie is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements for property portfolios, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Carrie maintains the general ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately and conducts month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial statements are complete and accurate. She ensures compliance with tax regulations and collaborates with external auditors during year-end audits.

Carrie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University. Her experience and commitment make her an asset to GFP Real Estate.
