GFP Real Estate Launches Exclusive, 2023 Summer-Long Concert Ticket Giveaway Contest for Tenants
As a means of celebrating—and rewarding—tenants returning to work in-person and rebuilding their work community, GFP Real Estate has launched its ‘2023 Summer Concert Giveaway’ contest available exclusively to its tenants to win tickets to some of the summer’s most sought-after concerts.
“After an incredible response to our 2022 Summer Concert Ticket Giveaway and NFL ticket Giveaway last Fall, we decided to continue the contest as a means of rewarding those individuals coming into the office day-in and day-out. The response was incredible,” said Jeff Gural, Chairman and Principal of GFP Real Estate. “It’s a fun way to help our tenants out too since the majority would prefer to see their staff back in the office on a regular basis—the contest motivates employees working from home to come in regularly, so they have a better chance of winning.”
Tenants across GFP’s portfolio can enter daily to win one of 238 pairs of tickets to see Morgan Wallen, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Beyonce, Metallica, Guns N’ Roses and Bruce Springsteen at MetLife Stadium. Winners will receive complimentary food and beverages while enjoying the concert from a VIP suite at MetLife Stadium. Each pair of tickets is valued at approximately $1700.
To enter the giveaway, tenants simply scan a QR code provided on posters on display in their respective office lobbies. Each tenant may scan/enter once daily to win; winners will be picked one week in advance of each event. Tenants looking to increase their chances of winning are encouraged to come to the office each day to enter. Over 18,000 tenants entered to win the concert giveaway last year, respectively.
The Partnership for New York City’s February 2023 Return to Office Survey showed that approximately 52 percent of workers in Manhattan are in the office on an average weekday, while just 9 percent of workers come to the office Monday through Friday, up just 1 percent from one year ago.
The survey also found that the average number of workers expected to come to the office each day will increase to 56 percent in the coming months, though 82 percent of employers indicated that the hybrid work model will be their predominant policy through 2023. For employers with a hybrid model, the survey reports that 59 percent of employees are in the office at least three days a week.
“Increasing the number of people coming into the office each day will benefit local businesses, restaurants, and retailers—which will help propel the City’s ongoing recovery. We just want to keep doing our part,” added Gural.
GFP Real Estate’s Summer Concert Giveaway will run through the summer, with the last drawing to be held in early-August.
