Raising Cane’s secures NoHo space for one of first NYC locations

Raising Cane’s has secured a NoHo space for an additional New York City location.

The Louisiana-based fast-food concept inked a 20-year, 4,300-square foot lease on the ground floor at 10 Astor Place at the corner of Astor Place and Lafayette Street for one of it's first New York City locations. The location was previously a Walgreens.

Corey Zolcinski, Patrick Smith and Erin Grace of JLL represented Raising Cane’s. Newmark’s Ross Kaplan and Will Chaplin and GFP Real Estate’s Donna Vogelrepresented the landlord, GFP Real Estate.

The Astor Place location, set to open in fall of 2022, will be among the company’s first New York City locations. Raising Cane's secured a 8,500-square-foot flagship location at W. 44th and Broadway last month with an undisclosed open date, according to QSR magazine.

Raising Cane’s has more than 615 restaurants in 32 states along with Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

10 Astor Place is within close proximity to the 4,5,6, L, N, Q, R and W trains along with PATH train access at the 9th Street Station.
