Arie Fischman
Project Manager
Arie Fischman joined GFP Real Estate in January 2017 as a project manager in the Manhattan headquarters to work on the repositioning of new property acquisitions.
Prior to working at GFP Real Estate, Mr. Fischman was a member of Newmark Knight Franks’ New York Debt & Structured Finance group. During his time with Newmark, Mr. Fischman worked on debt financing deals nationwide totaling over one billion dollars in 2016.
Mr. Fischman started his career as a leasing agent at HSP Real Estate Group. He is also a licensed New York Real Estate salesperson.
Mr. Fischman graduated Cum Laude from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate with a M.S. in Real Estate Development. He is also a graduate of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business with a B.B.A in International Business.
