Brian Hopwood

Brian Hopwood serves as Senior MEP Project Manager for GFP Real Estate, bringing more than 25 years of experience in construction working on a variety of high rise, hospitality, healthcare, and educational projects, including Extell’s Central Park Tower, the Citizen M Hotel, 41 Cooper Square (NYC’s first LEED Platinum building) and VIA 57. At GFP, Mr. Hopwood oversees and consults on MEP renovations and buildouts across the company’s expansive portfolio; he joined the company in 2021. Brian graduated from Iona College with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
