Edita Adamaviciene

Edita Adamaviciene joined GFP Real Estate in May 2024 as a Development Controller, bringing with her 18 years of experience in managing accounting functions for residential and development projects. Her diverse portfolio spans commercial, residential, and mixed-use ground-up development projects.

Prior to joining GFP, Edita spent 8 years at Savanna Real Estate Fund, where she oversaw accounting for capital projects, performed cash flows, forecasting, and financial analysis. Before that, she worked for 9 years as a corporate accountant at Brack Capital Real Estate.

In her role as a Development Controller at GFP Real Estate, Edita is responsible for creating and managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and implementing cost control measures to keep projects within budget. She prepares detailed financial reports, secures project financing, and manages relationships with lenders and investors.

Edita holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate of Post Graduate Economic Studies from Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania. Her extensive experience and dedication to financial management make her a valuable asset to GFP Real Estate.
