John Fuller is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in laboratory operations and facility management. As the Senior Property Manager of GFP Real Estate’s Innolabs in Long Island City, John applies his extensive expertise in managing state-of-the-art laboratory spaces for diverse tenants. Known for his strategic leadership, John excels in communication, budgeting, compliance and operational efficiency, ensuring that facilities meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Prior to joining GFP Real Estate, John served as Director of U.S. Operations at HiberCell, Inc., where he led critical initiatives such as building a BSL-2 laboratory in New York City, managing pandemic responses with zero on-site transmissions, and overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets. His hands-on approach was instrumental in successfully decommissioning laboratory spaces and repurposing equipment with exceptional return on investment.

John began his career in laboratory management at prestigious institutions, including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, showcasing his commitment to advancing scientific research. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Molecular Genetics, John is also an Eagle Scout, reflecting his lifelong dedication to leadership and excellence.
