Karly Genovese

Karly joined GFP in July 2022 as a project manager within the company’s thriving development team. Prior to joining the company, Genovese served as a project manager for more than a decade for a New York City-based general contractor; she brings a wealth of expertise to her new position at GFP.

During her tenure at the general contractor, Karly contributed significantly to various divisions. As a member of the Arts and culture division, she spearheaded the successful renovation of the Libyan Embassy. In the company’s commercial division, she played a pivotal role in ground-up construction projects, including public schools and hospitals. Additionally, in the interior divisions, she led the construction of multi-story conversions and renovations within office buildings and restaurants.

Karly holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Northern Michigan University as well as a certification in construction management from NYU.
