Yusef Ramadan

Yusef joined GFP Real Estate in 2020 as Property Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of thirteen properties within the company’s portfolio. His role includes the processing of maintenance contracts and repair projects, reviewing certificates of insurance, resolving tenant issues and developing annual budgets and quarterly financial reports for each property. In addition, Yusef assists GFP’s property management team in the monitoring of DOB and contractor insurance requirements portfolio-wide, ensuring all conditions are satisfied. Yusef holds a degree in Economics from The University at Buffalo and is a licensed notary public.
